Joining Freshfields marked a significant new chapter for me after nearly a decade of freelancing in the film industry. Transitioning into a corporate environment within a globally recognized firm with such a well-known brand was a completely new experience. It required me to adapt to working internationally with colleagues from various departments and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Besides my regular responsibilities, I am proud to have contributed to fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Together with committed colleagues, I helped establish an internal organization for the LGBTIQ+ community and its allies in the Bratislava office. Over the past two years, we have organized a variety of events aimed at promoting inclusive language and practices, celebrating diversity, and encouraging a sense of unity across the office. Ultimately, it is this dynamic and supportive community that makes Freshfields a truly special place—one that allows me to grow both personally and professionally.
