I joined Freshfields’ International Arbitration Group in Dubai in 2018, and I’ve been here ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked on some really challenging and interesting cases—but what’s made the biggest difference is the team. The level of support, professionalism and collaboration is something I genuinely value. Everyone’s focused on doing great work, and we look out for each other along the way.

Diverse, dynamic, and down-to-earth

The Dubai office is one of the most diverse places I’ve worked—we’ve got people from all over the world, and that mix makes the office a genuinely engaging place to be. What I appreciate most is how grounded and respectful everyone is, no matter their role or seniority. There’s a real sense of camaraderie—you feel like you’re part of something bigger, and that’s what keeps it rewarding.
