As Freshfields’ Global Head of Group Tax, Jason Hargaden leads the firm’s tax strategy. Drawing on over 30 years’ experience, including 15 years with Freshfields, Jason is responsible for all tax affairs, including risk oversight and reporting.
With a strong track record in advising law firms, as well as public and private companies, Jason brings deep technical expertise to our global tax operations. His knowledge spans jurisdictions and sectors, enabling him to navigate complex international tax matters while ensuring the firm maintains the highest standards of compliance and risk management.
