Nikki Fitzpatrick

Nikki is Freshfields’ Global Transformation Director, overseeing the firm’s global transformation programmes.

Nikki leads and coordinates the portfolio of projects that enhance operational efficiency and service quality across the firm. She and her team provide practical support and strategic oversight, ensuring major transformation initiatives are delivered effectively and are aligned with the firm’s broader objectives.

Before joining Freshfields, Nikki was Head of HR Corporate Office (Chief of Staff) at RBS, where she led significant HR and organisational projects. 

She brings extensive experience in financial reporting, management, and change leadership, alongside deep knowledge of corporate processes gained from roles in large, complex organisations. 

Nikki holds a degree from the University of Glasgow and has been with Freshfields since 2015.
