Freshfields advises Sanofi on its strategic partnership with Cheplapharm

Global law firm Freshfields is advising Sanofi on its strategic partnership with Cheplapharm, under which Sanofi will transfer a portfolio of 20 mature medicines and three manufacturing sites to Cheplapharm in return for a 26.4% equity stake in the Cheplapharm group. 

The Freshfields team advising Sanofi is led by Jennifer Bethlehem, Jon Scurr and Katie Stenstrom.
