Freshfields advises on the US$ 660 million global offering and listing of RoboTechnik on HKSE
Global law firm Freshfields has advised RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“RoboTechnik”) on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of its US$ 660 million global offering and listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”).
RoboTechnik is a global provider of manufacturing equipment and systems for photovoltaic (“PV”) industry and silicon photonics (“SiPh”) industry. According to CIC, the company is ranked the fifth globally in the intelligent PV cell automation manufacturing equipment by revenue in 2025 with a market share of 2.6%, and the first globally in the intelligent SiPh manufacturing equipment by revenue in 2025 with a market share of 20.5%, respectively.
