Partner Steven Li Named to 2026 Bloomberg Law “40 Under 40” List

Steven Li, a New York-based M&A partner, has been named to Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list for 2026. The “40 Under 40” list celebrates the most accomplished lawyers under 40 who are shaping the future of the legal profession. Each year, honorees are selected based on their outstanding achievements, leadership, innovation and impact within their field.

Steven focuses his practice on advising companies, public company boards of directors and special committees in a variety of high-stakes M&A and corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, conflict transactions, take-privates, negotiated and unsolicited transactions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, activism defense and spin-offs. Earlier this year, he was named a “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer and recognized as a “Next Generation” M&A Partner by Lawdragon.
