Freshfields advises on the US$401 million global offering and listing of Ingenic Semiconductor on HKSE
Global law firm Freshfields has advised Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“Ingenic Semiconductor”) on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of its US$ 401 million global offering and listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”).
Ingenic Semiconductor is an integrated circuit (“IC”) provider with a product portfolio spanning across memory, computing, and analog ICs. Their products are widely adopted in automotive electronics, industrial and medical applications, as well as the AIoT and intelligent security devices.
