Freshfields advises on €300m green bond issue of CA Immo
Global law firm Freshfields has advised a syndicate of leading financial institutions on the €300m issuance of green bonds by CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft. The group of banks includes Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Erste Group and UniCredit as Joint Lead Managers. The fixed rate, senior unsecured green bonds, carrying a coupon of 3.500% per annum and a three-year tenor, were priced on 24 June 2026, with an issue date of 7 July 2026.
The green bonds were admitted to the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Deutsche Bank acts as Paying Agent. The green bonds were publicly offered in Austria as well as placed with selected institutional investors in the EU.
CA Immo is a real estate Group with its headquarters in Vienna and branch offices in five countries of Central Europe. Its core business is the leasing and management of its own portfolio properties, as well as the development of high-quality office buildings.
