Freshfields Appoints Damien Zoubek as U.S. Managing Partner
Freshfields announces the appointment of Damien Zoubek as Regional Managing Partner for the United States, effective June 1, 2026. He will succeed Sarah Solum who has led the U.S. business successfully since 2021, alongside a thriving client practice which she will continue to focus on going forward.
In his new role, Damien will oversee the firm's regional operations and strategic initiatives. He brings extensive experience and strategic insight into this role and will continue to maintain his successful client practice as one of the leading M&A practitioners in the United States.
