Global law firm Freshfields advised Nox Metals on its $11.5 million seed round. The round was led by Hyperion with participation from Palmer Luckey, Y Combinator, Jared Friedman, RoboStrategy, Operator Collective, DTX, Alumni Ventures and others. Nox Metals is an AI-powered metals supplier powering modern American manufacturing at scale. Nox is building automated factories that turn raw metal into production-ready material faster, cheaper and more reliably than legacy service centers.
