Freshfields advises Blackstone on its sale of Interplex Datacom to BizLink
Global law firm Freshfields is advising Blackstone on its sale of Interplex Datacom, a division of Ennovi (a portfolio company under certain funds managed by Blackstone), to BizLink Holding Inc. (TAIEX: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions (the “Transaction”).
The enterprise value of the Transaction amounts to US$850 million, with an up to US$50 million additional consideration if certain conditions are satisfied. The Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Interplex Datacom, headquartered in Singapore, is a global leading provider of innovative and customised interconnect solutions and high precision mechanical products and solutions.
