Co-Head of U.S. Corporate Restructuring Madlyn Gleich Primoff Recognized at 2026 Women in Business Law Americas Awards
Co-Head of U.S. Corporate Restructuring Madlyn Gleich Primoff has received the “North America Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer of the Year” award at the 2026 Women in Business Law (WIBL) Americas Awards. This is Madlyn’s second time receiving this award, previously winning in 2016.
The Women in Business Law Awards recognize top women legal practitioners across a wide range of practice areas and aim to celebrate those who are not only breaking new ground in their areas of expertise but are also championing gender diversity in the legal sector.
Madlyn has more than 25 years of experience representing companies, lending groups, syndicate agents, global financial institutions, and private credit investors in complex US domestic and cross-border out-of-court restructurings, prepackaged Chapter 11 cases and contentious Chapter 11 cases as well as related litigation matters.
In addition to Madlyn’s recognition, Head of U.S. Life Science Kristen Riemenschneider was shortlisted for “North America Life Sciences Lawyer of the Year”, Global Head of Strategic Risk and Crisis Management Beth George was shortlisted for “North America Privacy & Data Protection Lawyer of the Year” and Co-Head of Securities & Shareholder Litigation Meredith Kotler was shortlisted for “North America Securities Lawyer of the Year”.
