Freshfields advises on the US$140.5 million global offering and listing of Viewtrix Technology on HKSE
Global law firm Freshfields has advised Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd (“Viewtrix Technology”) on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of its US$140.5 million global offering and listing of its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”).
Viewtrix Technology primarily engages in the design and sale of branded AMOLED display driver integrated circuits (DDICs) to leading smartphone manufacturers. Viewtrix Technology is the fifth-largest supplier and the largest Chinese mainland-based supplier in the global smartphone AMOLED DDIC market by sales volume in 2024. In the Chinese mainland’s smartphone AMOLED DDIC market specifically, Viewtrix Technology ranked third by sales volume in 2024. Viewtrix Technology is also a key supplier of Micro-OLED display backplane and driver solutions, ranking second globally in 2024.
