Freshfields advises on the US$2.6 billion listing of Victory Giant Technology on HKSE

Global law firm Freshfields provided Hong Kong and U.S. legal advice to the joint sponsors and underwriters on the global offering and listing of H shares of Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. (‘Victory Giant Technology’) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and was responsible for drafting the prospectus for the offering. J.P. Morgan Securities (Far East) Limited, China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited and GF Capital (Hong Kong) Limited are the joint sponsors for this offering.

Victory Giant Technology is a key player in advanced printed circuit board (PCB) products for AI and high-performance computing, specializing in high-build-up HDIs and high-layer-count MLPCBs. Its technologies support cutting-edge AI, EV, and high-speed telecommunications, positioning it as a crucial supplier to leading global tech companies.
