Freshfields acts as international legal counsel to Novartis AG on sale of its entire stake in Novartis India Limited
Global law firm Freshfields has acted as international legal counsel to Swiss-based global healthcare company Novartis AG (Novartis) in relation to the cross-border aspects of the proposed sale of its entire 70.68% shareholding in Novartis India Limited (Novartis India) to WaveRise Investments Limited, ChrysCapital Fund X and Two Infinity Partners (which form part of the ChrysCapital group).
