Global law firm Freshfields has advised the Flick Family Office in relation to a successful financing of World Fencing League, Inc., a company with the mission to redefine fencing for a modern global stage and transform it from a niche Olympic discipline into a sport that connects and inspires fans around the world. The World Fencing League will debut in Los Angeles this April and is reimagining fencing through simplified rules, athlete-first storytelling, and technology-enhanced viewing designed to make the sport more dynamic and engaging.
WFL was incubated by Chiron Sports Group, a global family office-backed investment group dedicated to transforming sports for the future, along with Miles Chamley-Watson, one of the fencing world’s most renowned athletes.
