Freshfields Advises on X4 Pharmaceuticals Pricing of its $135m Underwritten Public Offering

Global law firm Freshfields advised the joint bookrunning managers - Leerink Partners, Stifel and Guggenheim Securities - on X4 Pharmaceuticals’ $135 million underwritten offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants. The offering includes 45,860,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price per share of $2.90 and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.899 per pre-funded warrant.
