Global law firm Freshfields has published its 2025 responsible business report, outlining the firm’s work over FY24/25 to advance inclusion, deliver meaningful pro bono support, deepen community partnerships and progress its environmental commitments – all in tandem with its client-facing ESG risk and advisory services.
This year’s report reflects work from teams across the firm and provides a clear view of how the firm’s purpose, Empowering tomorrow, is being brought to life through its people, practices and partnerships. It sets out how responsible business continues to shape the firm’s strategy and provides updates on performance against Freshfields’ global goals and longer-term priorities.
Senior Partner Georgia Dawson said: “This year’s report reflects the practical steps we’re taking to make responsible business part of how we work every day. Across our offices, colleagues are driving initiatives that improve access to justice, build a more inclusive workplace and support the transition to a more sustainable economy. We’re proud of the progress made, but even more focused on what comes next.”
