Global law firm Freshfields is advising Holcim on its acquisition of Inversiones ASPI S.A., which holds 50.01% of the outstanding capital stock of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., a leading Peruvian producer of building materials traded on the Lima Stock Exchange (LIMA:CPACASC1) and the New York Stock Exchange (CPAC: NYSE). The transaction values CPAC at approximately US$1.5 billion.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close on the first half of 2026. More details about the transaction can be found here.
