Noiana Marigo, Freshfields’ Global Co-Head of International Arbitration and Co-Head of the Latin America Practice, has been selected as a 2025 International Arbitration MVP by Law360. The Law360 MVP award recognizes attorneys who had the biggest wins and made the most significant contributions to their practice groups in the past year.
Noiana is a New York-based partner in the firm’s market-leading international arbitration practice. Her practice focuses on investor-state and commercial arbitrations across a variety of sectors such as oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, infrastructure, aviation and airport services, sovereign debt, agriculture, and food production and distribution. Noiana has extensive experience throughout Latin America and has been ranked as one of the top 35 female lawyers specializing in the region.
This is Noiana’s second time receiving the Law360 MVP award, having previously won it in 2018.
