Melissa, Co-Head of the Latin America Practice and U.S. Head of Energy and Infrastructure, advises financial institutions, borrowers and developers on complex project development and financing. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she regularly works alongside local counsel to negotiate and draft cross-border deals throughout Latin America.
Caroline, a leading partner in our International Arbitration Group, represents clients in high-stakes commercial and investor-state disputes, with a particular focus on energy and natural resources in Latin America. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, she navigates multilingual proceedings with ease across global jurisdictions.
