Global law firm Freshfields is advising CVC Strategic Opportunities on its agreement to invest in International Schools Partnership (ISP), one of the world’s leading K-12 school platforms.
The transaction involves the agreement for CVC Strategic Opportunities III Funds to acquire a significant minority stake in ISP, alongside majority shareholder, Partners Group, and existing shareholder, OMERS. ISP currently operates 111 schools across 25 jurisdictions, with over 110,000 students under enrolment.
This investment marks another milestone in the continued growth of ISP’s global education platform, supporting its ambition to deliver world class education to students worldwide.
