Freshfields Advises AllianzX on Its Series C Investment in Coterie Insurance

Freshfields advised Allianz X, the strategic investment arm of the Allianz Group, as lead investor in the Series C financing of Coterie Insurance, a tech-enabled and data-powered managing general agent that provides property and casualty insurance products for small and mid-sized businesses in the United States.
