Global law firm Freshfields advises the shareholders of the BARTEC group, a consortium led by Bridgepoint Credit and Alcentra, on the sale and transfer of all shares in BARTEC Top Holding GmbH to funds advised by One Equity Partners.

Headquartered in Germany, BARTEC is a leading global provider of hazardous area safety and security solutions, products, and services. With advanced technologies and expert teams, BARTEC supports customers from various industries and regions in securing work environments, complying with legal requirements and increasing productivity.

The partnership with One Equity Partners is expected to support BARTEC’s strategy to accelerate growth and drive further diversification. As part of the transaction, the current shareholders are selling their entire interests. BARTEC will remain operationally independent.
