Global law firm Freshfields advised Diot-Siaci on a Term Loan B financing in the context of the group's debt refinancing.

Diot-Siaci is a leading insurance and reinsurance consulting and brokerage group operating in France and Europe, with strong footholds in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Employing nearly 7,000 people and boasting an extensive international network, the Group operates worldwide and achieved a turnover of over €1 billion in 2024.
