Freshfields advises on the US$445 million listing of FWD Group on HKSE

Global law firm Freshfields has advised FWD Group Holdings Limited (“FWD Group”) on its US$445m IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
FWD Group is a pan-Asian life and health insurance business that serves approximately 30 million customers across 10 markets. Established in 2013, the company operates in some of the fastest-growing insurance markets in the world with a vision of changing the way people feel about insurance.
The Freshfields team was led by partners Arun Balasubramanian, Teresa Ko and Grace Huang, supported by senior associate Candice Ma and US Legal Managers Ruoyu Xiong and Kangdi Cheng.
