Freshfields Advises on IPO of Globa Terra Acquisition Corporation

Freshfields advised the underwriters, led by D. Boral Capital LLC, in connection with the initial public offering of 17,499,550 units of Globa Terra Acquisition Corporation, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Globa Terra Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
