Freshfields advises on Ares Strategic Income Fund's Notes Offering

Freshfields advises the initial purchasers on Ares Strategic Income Fund’s offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.450% Notes due 2028 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.800% Notes due 2030. The initial purchasers were led by BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. Ares Strategic Income Fund is a business development company that manages a portfolio with a fair value of approximately $13.7 billion as of March 31, 2025.
