The initial purchasers were led by BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. Ares Strategic Income Fund is a business development company that manages a portfolio with a fair value of approximately $13.7 billion as of March 31, 2025.
