Freshfields has been awarded Private Equity Deal of the Year at the 2025 IFLR Americas Awards for advising CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading investment firms, on its global carve-out acquisition of Therakos from Mallinckrodt. The IFLR Americas Awards honor the most innovative cross-border transactions from the last year.
