Freshfields announced today that Marin Boney has joined the firm as an antitrust partner in Washington DC where she will focus on merger control and antitrust advisory work for private capital clients.
Marin represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice in merger reviews of complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on serving private capital clients. Her practice cuts across a wide variety of industries, with particularly strong experience in software and technology, energy, healthcare and consumer products and services transactions.
