Freshfields Advises Prysmian in Acquisition of Channell Commercial Corporation for $950 Million

Freshfields is advising Italian cable manufacturer, Prysmian S.p.A., on the proposed acquisition of Channell Commercial Corporation for $950 million plus an earn-out of up to $200 million. This transaction represents Prysmian’s first major non-cable transaction in the connectivity solutions space. You can find more info about the transaction here.
