Freshfields advises Charterhouse on a refinancing for Optima S.p.A.

Global law firm Freshfields has advised Charterhouse Capital Partners in relation to the complex refinancing transaction of the Unitranche Notes and new TAP issuance of Optima S.p.A. for a total amount of €360m and from which other companies in the Optima group also benefit. The notes issued in the context of the TAP issuance have been subscribed by funds managed by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
