Freshfields advises Zuora, Inc. on its planned acquisition of Togai Inc., a provider of pricing, metering and rating software. After closing, Togai’s software offering will become a part of Zuora’s existing product suite alongside Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Zuora Payments, Zephr and Zuora Platform.
