Freshfields advises Endeavor Executive Chairman in Silver Lake take-private deal

A Freshfields team in New York and Silicon Valley is representing Patrick Whitesell, the Executive Chairman of Endeavor, in connection with the Company’s pending sale to Silver Lake. Silver Lake will acquire Endeavor at an equity value of $13 billion and a total consolidated enterprise value of $25 billion. The transaction represents the largest sponsor-backed take-private in the last ten years and the largest ever take-private in the Media and Entertainment sector.
