Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has secured the top position in the Bloomberg ECM rankings for 2023.

Freshfields ranked first by deal value in the EMEA (including the UK), advising issuers on 11 equity offerings with an aggregate value of US$8.7 billion. This represents a market share of 16.1% of the US$54 billion raised in the EMEA (including the UK) in 2023.
