Freshfields is advising Quantinuum, an integrated quantum computing company formed from the combination of Honeywell Quantum Solutions and Cambridge Quantum Computing, on its $300 million equity fundraise at a pre-money valuation of $5 billion. The round is anchored by JPMorgan Chase, with additional participation from Mitsui & Co., Amgen and Honeywell, which remains the company's majority shareholder.
