Freshfields Lawyers Appointed to SVAMC AI Task Force Subcommittee

International arbitration Senior Associates Sofía Klot and Marta García Bel have been appointed by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) to its newly established AI Task Force Drafting Subcommittee.

The eight-member subcommittee was established to create guidelines for the appropriate use of artificial intelligence in the international arbitration process. The Guidelines will offer a set of best practices on the use of artificial intelligence in international arbitration for all those involved in the arbitration process.
