Freshfields Advises Capella Space on $60m Growth Equity Financing

Freshfields is advising Capella Space, a San Francisco-headquartered satellite manufacturer and Earth observation company, on its announced $60 million growth equity financing from United States Innovative Technology Fund. Capella plans to use the financing to expand its imaging capacity and develop new data products as customer demand grows for its high-quality SAR imagery and analytics capabilities.
