Corporate and M&A Partner Jenny Hochenberg has been elected to the Board of Directors of DirectWomen, a national nonprofit that works to increase the representation of women lawyers on corporate boards.

Through its various programs — including its Board Institute, which has helped to develop more than 250 women in the past 15 years, the Sandra Day O’Connor Board Excellence Awards Luncheon, various virtual programs and regional events throughout the US — DirectWomen advances and positions women attorney leaders for board service.  Since the organization’s inception, more than 41% of DirectWomen alumnae have been elected to serve on at least one corporate board.

Ms. Hochenberg will serve the board of DirectWomen alongside other leading legal practitioners, general counsel and public company directors.
