Freshfields advises Fresenius on two bond issues
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA on issuing two bonds with an aggregate principal amount of €1.3 billion. Both tranches are senior and unsecured. The three-year bond with a principal amount of €750 million bears interest at 1.875%, while the eight-year bond with a principal amount of €550 million has a coupon of 2.875%.
The Freshfields team included Partner Christoph Gleske, Principal Associate Birgit Schulz and Associate Maren Gebel (all Corporate, Frankfurt).
