Freshfields advises Credit Suisse on credit facility for Standard Profil Automotive

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Credit Suisse in connection with a revolving credit facility ('RCF') for Standard Profil Automotive GmbH. The RCF follows the issuance of senior secured notes by Standard Profil Automotive GmbH in 2021, in which Freshfields advised Credit Suisse and certain other banks.
