Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is providing Hong Kong and US law advice to Aquila Acquisition Corporation, which is the first special purpose acquisition company to submit a listing application to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since new rules allowing such listings came into force on 1 January 2022.
