Freshfields partner Megan Kayo will be speaking on a panel titled "How AI Is Affecting Cybersecurity" at the Privacy + Security Forum on November 4, 2026 held at George Washington University's campus in Washington DC.
AI is changing cybersecurity, arming companies with highly capable tools for threat detection, secure software development and incident response while enabling attackers to scale social engineering, malware development, credential theft and exploitation of vulnerabilities.
This panel will provide an overview of recent AI incidents and provide lessons learned and practical solutions for securing enterprise AI and autonomous agents, governing access to sensitive data, testing models and systems, preserving reliable logs and forensic evidence, managing and allocating responsibility with third-party providers, and investigating AI incidents.
