Young ICCA Cross Examination Masterclass & Showcase
Freshfields' International Arbitration Senior Associate Rodrigo Millán will be speaking at the Young ICCA Cross Examination Masterclass & Showcase, in collaboration with AmCham Perú and Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez, on August 18, 2026 in Lima, Perú.
This masterclass will include a panel discussion on cross-examination, its benefits, and main techniques by top-level international arbitration practitioners. After the discussion, senior arbitration professionals will demonstrate cross-examination techniques using simulated damage reports.
This session will provide an opportunity to observe leading lawyers in action, offering both inspiration and practical insights for attendees at all stages of their careers. Panelists will also act as referees and give feedback from which all attendees can benefit.
