London International Disputes Week: A Decade of the ERA Pledge: Reflections and the Road Ahead – 10 Year Anniversary Celebration
Join us for a special anniversary event at this year’s LIDW, marking 10 years of the Equal Representation in Arbitration (ERA) Pledge.
This panel session will reflect on a decade of progress in improving gender diversity in international arbitration, exploring the origins and vision of the ERA Pledge, its impact across the global arbitration community, key milestones and measurable change, as well as the role of arbitral institutions, law firms, chambers, corporates and other stakeholders in driving progress. We will also look ahead to our goals and priorities for the next ten years and the future for inclusive leadership in international arbitration.
The panel session will be followed by celebratory cocktails, canapés and cake, providing an opportunity to connect with fellow LIDW delegates, ERA Pledge members, arbitrators, in-house counsel and disputes practitioners.
