Freshfields Partner and Co‑Head of US Corporate and M&A Ethan Klingsberg will join a distinguished panel of experts for the ACGC Virtual Roundtable to discuss “Politics in the Boardroom,” on May 20, 2026 at 12:00PM EDT.

This program brings together leaders in corporate governance, communications, regulatory strategy and academia to examine how political dynamics are increasingly shaping boardroom decision‑making.

The discussion will explore the pressures facing companies as they navigate high‑profile political interventions, regulatory shifts and global policy divergence on issues ranging from M&A to climate‑related initiatives.
