On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Freshfields Partner Ethan Klingsberg will speak at the NYU Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance during NYU Law School’s The Future of Delaware Corporate Lawmaking Fall Roundtable.

Ethan will address issues related to Delaware corporate law alongside his co-panelists: Randy Baron (Robbins Geller), Dorothy Lund (Columbia Law School), Ted Mervis (Wachtell Lipton), Jeroen Van Kwawegen (Bernstein Litowitz) and Emiliano Catan (NYU Law School).
