Olivier André, Client Relationship Advisor at Freshfields and Co-Chair of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (CGA) North America Committee, will speak on a panel titled “Greener arbitration: insights from the next generation of legal scholarship,” organized during New York Arbitration Week 2025, with Freshfields Associate and CGA North America Committee Secretary Adam Weir serving as the panel moderator. The event will take place on November 17, 2025, at Pace University’s Downtown Campus in New York.
The event will feature a dynamic panel discussion with distinguished practitioners and academics empaneled as judges for the inaugural CGA-NA/Haub Law at Pace University greener arbitration writing competition. The panelists will delve into the key themes and emerging trends from the excellent legal scholarship submitted, offering unique insights into the evolution of greener practices. The discussion will conclude with the announcement of the competition’s winning author, after which attendees will proceed to the NYAW cocktail reception.
This event will be preceded by the CGA Green Walk, taking place from 3:00-4:00 pm in New York City Hall Park.
