Speakers will explore how artificial intelligence can be ethically integrated into arbitration and mediation without compromising core principles like impartiality, party autonomy, and procedural fairness. Drawing on the Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes, the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators, and recent institutional guidance—AAA-ICDR® Guidance on Arbitrators’ Use of AI Tools (March 2025) and the AAAi Standards for AI in ADR—participants will examine how evolving technologies can enhance efficiency while upholding trust, neutrality, and ethical responsibility in ADR.
